Nationwide Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum purchase is required, so you can enjoy your shopping without any additional shipping costs.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery Time

• Expected Delivery Time: 5-7 Business Days for Metro Cities and up to 10 Business Days for Non-Metro Areas.
• We aim to deliver your order within 7 business days from the date of shipment for metro cities. For non-metro areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Tax Information

All product prices on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. You can shop with confidence, knowing that the price you see is the price you pay.

Mode of Payments

We accept payments through Razorpay and PhonePe, ensuring a secure and hassle-free payment experience. Choose from various payment options, including debit/credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

We have introduced a Partial COD option for added flexibility. This allows you to pay a partial fee upfront at checkout and the remaining amount can be paid upon delivery.

How Partial COD works: For example, if your order total is ₹1000 (including 18% tax), a partial fee of ₹149 will be charged at checkout, which is part of the total order amount. The remaining ₹851 will be payable upon delivery.

• Amount Payable at Delivery: ₹851

Prepaid Orders Only

Please note that we only accept prepaid orders for smooth and efficient processing. At this time, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for full payments, but our Partial COD option provides an alternative.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on our courier partner's website.

Orchid LYF Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Orchid LYF! We are committed to ensuring that you have a seamless shopping experience. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Prepaid Orders Only

We currently accept only prepaid orders. Please ensure that payment is made in full before your order is processed and shipped.

2. Non-Refundable Products

• Non-Refundable Policy: Most of our products are non-refundable, as we take utmost care in checking the quality of our goods before shipping. We ensure that every PU Leather Women’s Handbag is genuine and free from defects at the time of dispatch.

3. Return Eligibility

• Damaged Products Only: We accept returns only for products that are damaged upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please initiate a return request as soon as possible.
• Return Window: The return request must be raised within 12 hours of delivery. Any requests made after this window will not be accepted.
• No Replacements: We currently do not offer replacements. Only returns for damaged items are eligible.

4. Return Process

• Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@orchidlyf.com with your order details and a description of the damage.
• Shipping Fee: A shipping fee will be applicable for returns, which will vary based on your location. The fee will be calculated based on the zone in which you are located.

5. Important Points

• Inspection: We inspect all returned items thoroughly. If the product is found to be ineligible for return (e.g., not damaged as claimed), we reserve the right to refuse the return.
• Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories, tags, or free gifts that came with it.
• Refund Process: Once the return is approved, we will process the refund within [7-8] business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Non-Transferable: Returns are non-transferable. The return process must be initiated and completed by the original purchaser.

Cancellation Policy

• Once Order is Shipped, It Cannot Be Cancelled: After your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please carefully review your order before confirming the purchase.
• Cancellation Charges: Cancellation charges may be applicable and will be calculated accordingly depending on the order.

Partial Payment Orders:

• If the order is cancelled after shipment or not accepted at the time of delivery, the partial payment fee is non-refundable. For example, if the partial payment of ₹149 has been made, it will not be refunded if the order is cancelled or rejected at delivery.

Full Payment Orders:

• If a full payment order is cancelled before shipment, you can request a refund. The refund will be processed once the cancellation is approved, and it will be credited back to the original payment method.
