1.1 Prepaid Orders Only: All orders placed on Orchid Lyf must be prepaid. We do not accept cash on delivery or any other form of payment other than prepayment at this time.

2.1 Return Policy: Returns are accepted only if the item you received was damaged upon delivery. In such cases, you must raise a return ticket within 12 hours of receiving your order.

2.3 Shipping Fee: Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We will not cover the cost of return shipping.

2.4 Replacement Policy: We do not offer replacements. Returns are only processed for damaged items as described above.
